Shipbuilding contracts with APSI
The product tankers that are to be chartered to OSG will be constructed by Aker Philadelphia Shipyard (APSI) and delivered to the LeaseCos in accordance with the terms of construction agreements entered into between APSI and each of the LeaseCos. The vessels are based on a standard design from Hyundai, adjusted to conform to the building methodologies and practices of APSI. Each vessel shall be eligible for U.S. registry and both U.S. coastwise and international trade.
